Welcome to the Operational Excellence Award nomination site. This award recognizes and rewards employees within Operations for their outstanding service and achievement. This year, we are pleased to include our SSC and Chartwell's partners in this recognition. An anonymous committee outside the division will evaluate eligible nominees based on a specific scoring matrix to determine winning nominees.
Your recognition of our colleagues is appreciated. In the spirit of continuous improvement, categories have been updated to align with the President's Meritorious Service awards. The nomination page will show the four categories (Outstanding Staff, Outstanding Team, New Employee Impact, and Visionary) and the eligibility criteria for those categories. You are welcome to submit multiple nominations for these prestigious awards. Please know that you will need a net id or UIN to initiate the search for your nominee.
Winners will be recognized at the 2026 Operational Excellence Award ceremony at Rudder Theatre on Thursday, May 14, 2026. We will celebrate their achievements and commemorate their contributions as a division and your attendance is highly encouraged.
