DREC Awards

The Division of Risk, Ethics and Compliance is proud to present: 

Outstanding Staff Award

An "outstanding" nomination alone signifies the high esteem in which these individuals are held by their peers and business associates. The selection committee (people outside of DREC) will have the task of narrowing the list down to just 4 individual winners. This award is for employees who exemplify: 

• Leadership - Empowers, motivates and inspires others; takes initiative and leads by example.
• Service to Campus and Community - Anticipates needs, builds strong relationships, happily serves others. 
• Collaboration - Drives team succuss, supports others, fosters teamwork.
• Aggie Core Values - Serves as a role model for upholding the university's core values.
• Accomplishment Effectiveness - Contributions have long-lasting positive effects on the division/university.
  
  Our individual winners will each receive $500 and a special memento. 
  
  2025 winners of the Outstanding Staff Award are not eligible to win this award again in 2026, but are eligible to win the Innovation Award in 2026. 
  
  Winners will be announced at the DREC Holiday Party.

Innovation Award

This award will be awarded to one individual winner and recognizes employees at all levels in the division for ideas that resulted in new initiatives or improvements in existing processes. 

   Our innovation recipient will each receive $500 and a special memento.

    The 2025 winner of the Innovation Award is not eligible to win this award in 2026, but is eligible to win an Outstanding Staff Award in 2026.

    Winner will be announced at the DREC Holiday Party.
