The Division of Risk, Ethics and Compliance is proud to present:
Outstanding Staff Award
An "outstanding" nomination alone signifies the high esteem in which these individuals are held by their peers and business associates. The selection committee (people outside of DREC) will have the task of narrowing the list down to just 4 individual winners. This award is for employees who exemplify:
- Leadership - Empowers, motivates and inspires others; takes initiative and leads by example.
- Service to Campus and Community - Anticipates needs, builds strong relationships, happily serves others.
- Collaboration - Drives team succuss, supports others, fosters teamwork.
- Aggie Core Values - Serves as a role model for upholding the university's core values.
- Accomplishment Effectiveness - Contributions have long-lasting positive effects on the division/university.
Our individual winners will each receive $500 and a special memento. We will announce the winners at the DREC Holiday Party on Dec. 12.
Innovation Award
This award will be awarded to one individual winner and recognizes employees at all levels in the division for ideas that resulted in new initiatives or improvements in existing processes.
